The Muscular Jew is dedicated to empowering the Jewish community through education, physical training, and self-defense. Our mission is to foster strength, resilience, and confidence among Jews of all backgrounds by providing accessible resources, practical guides, and a supportive community.

Our Team
The Muscular Jew is run by volunteers based primarily in the United States. We are entirely self-funded; we do not accept sponsorship from nonprofits, governments, religious or advocacy organizations. Given the rise in antisemitic threats, we choose to stay anonymous and where appropriate to use archival or computer generated images to illustrate site articles.
